In Pennsylvania who suspect child can abuse reports suspected in a central agency. The Agency protects the identity of the journalist. Authorities lead line or county an investigation to determine whether the children at risk. ReportersEmployees work in institutions, schools, institutions or agencies are required to report suspected abuse. The person who speaks the report with his manager who reports to the helpline. After reported helpline, the supervisor must notify the employee that a report had been made.Child RemovalOnly, the State recognized as the authority of a child in protective custody can take. These people are allowed to take a child into protective custody immediately in certain situations. The medical evidence of abuse, statements or measures which are by the parent and a child with a serious incident and not threaten are cause for immediate removal.Requesting capacity object a child of a report a copy of the report may request in writing. Criminal proceedings may request the defendant child abuse information. The defendant as District Attorney to obtain this information.
