New York work right definitions

The right to work in New York is the place for the protection of workers by setting the hours, wages and working conditions. Article 1, section 2 contains a list of definitions of terms that appear throughout the Act. DefinitionsThe Commissioner is the head of the Department for work in New York. The Ministry of work means the "Ministry" of the law. "The Committee" refers to two different boards, depending on their context in the law. A jury is industrial Commission of appeals in New York.
