The laws of the State of New York anti smoking

In July 2003, each effect in New York took a ban indoor smoking in public places. Legislature adopted this legislation to the limitation of exposure of the population and second hand smoke. It is however important to note that outside smoking on grounds.PenaltiesIf school prohibited, that a company is for smoking trapped inside the fine for an offence for the first time can vary from $200 to $1,000. If the company fails the prohibition, it runs into danger.
